My First Bike was started by a crack team of Sport Factory athletes and coaches that love our bikes and to ride them. We have a singular focus- to share this joy with kids that would otherwise have a tough time doing what we often take for granted. Our all volunteer organization has quickly cut through red tape and rolled over the speed bumps to present adaptive cycles to the kids that need them. We don’t like meetings, conferences, or councils; we would rather be riding our bikes. What we do need is creative people that can take ownership of a piece of our organization and EXECUTE.
